Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Manager and Senior Technology Architect to lead the entire Technology discussion for our ongoing transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Banking domain and hands-on experience with detailed technology architecture, integration patterns, customization, and security.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform hands-on technology discussions with customers, design reviews, and sequence diagram reviews.
  2. Work closely with global teams in a fast-changing technology landscape, displaying initiative and working in an unstructured environment.
  3. Build relationships with peer architects in the Bank and create demand for Infosys service offerings in clients' landscapes.
  4. Understand client-side business requirements and provide value-led solutions.
  5. Demonstrate expertise in discussing with client-side architects on platform engineering-related topics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of IT service experience and 6+ years of Technical Architecture experience across Banking products integration with different integration system landscapes.
  • Minimum 6-year experience of handling a variety of entire technical team portfolios, including customization, data migration, release management, performance, and stability.
  • Ready for project-related travels within and outside the country.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in container-based deployments and relevant technology insights of OpenShift/k8s.
  • Experience in leveraging tools like JIRA, GITHUB, and other release management, DevOps tools.
  • Experience in working on Event-Driven architecture designs on the back of services like RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ, Redis, Oracle Database, and other equivalent backing services.
Additional Skills
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience of working in Real-Time Payments module desirable.
