Technical Support and Training Specialist

As a Technical Support and Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert technical guidance and education to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or a related field and at least one year of experience in technical customer support or training.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing product specifications and applications information to customers
  • Discussing and understanding customer technical requirements
  • Assessing specific questions and adapting the necessary training delivery approach
  • Understanding customer industry, competition, and market conditions
  • Actively understanding customer needs and responding quickly
  • Performing duties well, supporting team decisions, and achieving common goals
  • Attending lessons and tests conducted by suppliers

Requirements include:

  • Graduated with a Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry, or related
  • At least 1 year's experience in technical customer support or technical training
  • Driven by helping others, customer-focused, and a problem solver
  • Candidate must be able to converse in Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Intermediate knowledge of popular OS like Windows and Linux
  • Knowledge of C#, SQL, or Python is a plus
