Field Operations Manager, Analytics

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that oversees the global field marketing organization's analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for surfacing insights to improve and optimize field marketing performance.

The role requires a proactive approach to identifying areas of improvement and implementing process changes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to person for all things analytics and reporting for the global field marketing organization.
  • Proactively surface insights to improve and optimize field marketing performance.
  • Develop and implement processes and workflows in a cross-functional environment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, and Sales teams worldwide.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Metabase and Tableau.
  • Strong background in developing and implementing processes and workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with global campaigns and regional teams.
