Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Clinical Governance. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretariat support to clinical quality assurance committees, workgroups, and associated meetings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement projects.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, analysis, and other clinical governance functions.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with:

  • A degree in Business Administration or Management.
  • 3-4 years of experience in healthcare settings, with postgraduates welcome to apply.
  • Experience in healthcare administration, clinical quality processes, and/or risk management is highly desirable.
  • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff and diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask, work independently, and produce high-quality reports and papers.
