Job Title: Air Conditioning Repair and Servicing Technician

At GAIN CITY ENGINEERING (M&E) PTE LTD, we are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Repair and Servicing Technician to join our team. As an essential member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and indoor air quality of our air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and washing of dismantled parts, to enhance system efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and replenish spare parts from the warehouse store as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding equipment issues and post-job reports.
  • Ensure safe-keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping practices.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary and adhere to safety procedures.
  • Provide technical advice and assistance on maintenance functions.
  • Prepare service reports after every completed job for customer endorsement.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Singapore Class 3 license (an added advantage).
  • Hold a minimum Nitec / NTC 2 or 3 certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronic field.
  • Have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field, with maintenance experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and M&E systems.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, good interpersonal, and customer-centric skills.
  • Strong knowledge/experience in HVAC or ACMV systems for residential or commercial sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
