Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning & Delivery

  • Design and deliver structured lessons that build both skills, confidence, and interest.
  • Attend meetings and trainings organised by HQ.

Operations & Administration

  • Take attendance and maintain accurate student records.

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by handling basic studio upkeep.

Events & Performance Management

  • Partner with other staff or guest choreographers for special events.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide front-line customer service, handling inquiries, feedback, and support requests from students, parents, and teachers.
  • Support general school operations, including maintaining cleanliness, monitoring equipment, managing stocks and textbooks, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
  • Help ensure smooth studio functioning by updating records, assisting with scheduling, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience teaching dance, especially to young children.
  • Strong background in hip-hop or street dance styles.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Energetic and engaging teaching approach.
  • Availability for weekday or weekend classes (flexible scheduling).
