Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial insights and supporting growth across the region.

Job Description:

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing budgeting and forecasting related to profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

  • Creating PowerPoint presentations for these financial forecasts to communicate financial forecast and key insights to senior leaders and board members.
  • Conducting variance analysis and preparing detailed reports to identify trends, opportunities and influencing critical business decisions.
  • Reviewing and validating budget submissions from departments.
  • Analyzing reports to help management make informed decisions.
  • Assisting in preparing corporate reports that reflect company's financial health and performance.
  • Performing margin analysis for the monthly closing process.
  • Handling ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.
  • Managing SAP tasks, including internal order setup and maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of FP&A experience.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Office tools (e.g., Power Query, Power BI).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
