Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electronic and electrical systems for semiconductor test equipment, ensuring precision automation, motion control, and test equipment integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.
  • Develop and implement control algorithms for precision motion control systems.
  • Conduct simulations, testing, and debugging of electronic systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Create detailed documentation, including schematics, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Integrate and test various test equipment/photonics test equipment to ensure compatibility and functionality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronics, automation, motion control, and test equipment technologies.
  • Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronics/electrical engineering, preferably in test automation.
  • Strong understanding of precision automation, motion control systems, and test equipment integration.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing electrical and electronic circuits, and control systems.
  • Experience with control algorithms, signal processing, and feedback systems.
  • Familiarity with CAD software for schematic design.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with test equipment.
  • Familiarity with machine vision systems and sensors.
