Job Summary

FISH WITH YOU F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic Kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Ensure all dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using manual and machine cleaning methods.
  • Dishroom Maintenance: Keep the dishroom area clean and safe, including the dishwashing machine, sinks, and surrounding areas.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate the dishwashing machine and other kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and maintain adequate supplies of cleaning agents, sanitizers, and other necessary materials.
  • Waste Management: Regularly empty trash containers and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional cleaning duties as requested by management, including cleaning food prep stations and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of food safety principles and practices.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills, working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to achieve common goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment, preferably in a dishwasher or similar role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or hospitality training an asset.
