Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee the implementation of our construction projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct thorough pre-inspections and site works according to micro scheduling, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain a safe working environment, promoting accident-free operations and adhering to industry regulations.
  • To identify and resolve any site issues promptly, minimizing delays and optimizing project outcomes.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate with workers, control wastages, and receive materials from suppliers, maintaining efficient supply chains.
  • Compile and maintain accurate site records, plan and manage site storage, and perform regular inventory checks to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • A diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or Building Service Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination is highly desirable.
  • Preferably three years of experience in public and private residential projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and BIM software, with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
