Project System Specialist Role


Are you an expert in electronic circuit principles and test systems? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions on time?
We are seeking a skilled Project System Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of Automated Test Systems (ATS), handling both hardware and software tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the pre-sales process for ATS projects.
  • Evaluate the cost Bill of Materials (BOM) and project schedule for system integration.
  • Discuss and define test purposes, requirements, and acceptance conditions with clients.
  • Create a project timeline and manage resources to ensure timely completion.

In-Project Responsibilities


Hardware:
  1. Procurement of system cabinets and customized mechanical parts.
  2. Procurement and installation of electrical components.
  3. Creation of electrical schematics.
  4. Installation and wiring of Chroma or third-party instruments.
  5. Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Software:
  1. Program on Chroma's exclusive testing platforms (SMPS ATS8000 / BatteryPro).
  2. Develop programs based on user test requirements, regulations, and instrument configurations.
  3. Conduct regulation studies to ensure compliance.

Post-Shipment Responsibilities


  • Provide online remote support and onsite technical assistance, including system installation, site acceptance testing, and training.
  • Follow up on technical issues, providing professional advice or troubleshooting support.

Requirements:


  • Strong foundational knowledge of electronic circuit principles.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and dynamic.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for technical support.
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.

We Offer:


  • Diploma in Electronics Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 years or more working experience.
  • Preferrable experience in Electronics Test and Measurement Instrument.
  • Class 2/3 driver license.
  • Good work ethics and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
