Job Description:

This role is responsible for the verification of documents and validation of data via email and Zoom to ensure efficient handling of the influx of applications.

The incumbent will be expected to attend to all applications within 3 working days, ensuring sufficient turnaround on the offer timeline and improving conversion of applications.

This position requires administrative and customer service experience. The ideal candidate should be meticulous when dealing with sensitive information and documents. Proficiency in conversing with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verification of documents and validation of data
  • Attendance to all applications within 3 working days
  • Maintenance of high levels of customer satisfaction


Requirements:

Administrative and customer service experience preferred.

Meticulous candidates preferred, as the incumbent will be dealing with sensitive information and documents.

Able to converse with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders (students/parents, etc.).

Minimum A-Level/Diploma/Higher NITEC or equivalent.
