The Role of Senior Claims Advocate involves leading claims services groups to support construction and natural resources businesses. This includes providing strategic and technical coverage advice to clients, helping them manage claims and risk.

As a Senior Claims Advocate, you will also support local claims teams in providing advocacy and related claims advisory services. Your key responsibility is to provide claims advocacy, strategy, resolution, and risk advisory services to clients across the region.

You will be working on real client claims, performing tasks such as managing negotiations with insurers to optimize claim outcomes for clients. You will also lead the claims group and assist colleagues with training, participate in tender and RFP responses for major clients, and promote revenue growth for claims advocacy and advisory services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to maintain and develop strong relationships with regional and country advocacy and claims management teams. You will contribute to improving claims management and operations efficiency across the region, reporting on claims results, trends, and issues to senior management where appropriate.

This position requires highly driven individuals with solid technical experience and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline is required, along with relevant certifications. Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance claims is necessary, preferably in both construction and natural resources lines of business.
