Senior Vice President, People Advisor Manager APAC

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our APAC People Team as Senior Vice President, People Advisor Manager. This role is based in Singapore and offers a hybrid work model.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of people advisors/consultants who provide day-to-day delivery and execution of our service catalogue solutions, including global, regional, and business-level projects.
  • Managing regional teams, allocating resources, and prioritizing sensitive and complex Employee Relations cases.
  • Acting as a regional escalation point for complex matters and liaising with Global People Team Business Partners, Lines of Business, Centers of Excellence, and employee representatives.
  • Recruiting, directing, motivating, and developing staff to maximize their individual contribution and professional growth.
  • Relationship management of internal stakeholders with regards to service delivery, expectations, and priorities in collaboration with the Line of Business, Center of Excellence, and Global Strategic People Team Business Partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive related experience with demonstrated success in regional management responsibilities and Business Partner/Advisor portfolio.
