Job Description:The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Handling full sets of accounts, including financial statements and reports;
- Performing month-end closing of accounts, including monthly bank reconciliation;
- Preparing monthly management reports and supporting schedules;
- Assisting in preparing the yearly budget;
- Preparing quarterly GST reports;
- Handling statutory audits and caseload audits;
- Reviewing payments done by the AP Team;
- Reviewing work processes within the department.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or relevant qualifications;
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts;
- Good command of MS Office applications;
- Experience with ERP systems preferred;
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Able to work under pressure and meet predetermined deadlines;
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Possess good organizational and analytical skills.
