The (Senior) Manager of Philanthropy & Partnerships at NCIS is a critical position that requires a unique blend of fundraising expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission. Your passion for cancer care and research will enable you to build lasting relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to engage donors and raise funds through major gifts, corporate partnerships, and community philanthropy.
- Identify, research, and engage potential major donors to support NCIS's research initiatives, patient care services, and educational programs.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to demonstrate the impact of donations on NCIS's cancer programs.
Leadership and Collaboration
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive fundraising efforts and achieve impactful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in fundraising, major gifts, or corporate partnerships, preferably within the healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
Results-Oriented and Data-Driven
The successful candidate will possess a strong ability to drive results through a data-driven approach, focusing on measurable outcomes and growth. Experience in managing large, cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives is highly valued.
