Job Title: Head of Sales

Are you a sales leader with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth? Do you have a proven track record of success in selling services to SaaS platforms, with a background in or understanding of ServiceNow being an advantage?

This role will be responsible for overseeing the sales team across South East Asia, focusing on marketing and selling licenses and services to new and existing customers.

  • Owning and managing key customer accounts directly.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share through identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new markets and products.
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and management to a senior sales, presales, and marketing team to meet and exceed sales, margin, and revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team to handle the entire sales process from lead generation to presentation to proposal to close.
  • Building and developing customer relationships to deepen our relationship at enterprise accounts.
  • Ensuring the team maintains current and accurate knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Experience in selling services to SaaS platforms and understanding of ServiceNow.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to build alignment and close complex deals.
