Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Officer, Draughtsman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing project documentation, including drawings, risk assessments, safe work procedures (SWPs), and equipment manifests.

  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, risk assessments, safe work procedures (SWPs), and equipment manifests
  • Conduct safety audits, site inspections, and training sessions for workers and teams
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to uphold safety and documentation standards
  • Investigate workplace incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence
  • Participate in project and safety meetings with both internal and external stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Documentation: Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, risk assessments, SWPs, and equipment manifests
  2. Safety Audits: Conduct regular safety audits, site inspections, and training sessions for workers and teams
  3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and company safety policies
  4. Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to uphold safety and documentation standards
  5. Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence
  6. Meetings: Participate in project and safety meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Possess a Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in WSH within the construction or built environment
  • WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH certification preferred
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM applications
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
