We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Analyst to join our team at Thales in Singapore. As a Cloud Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our cloud-based systems.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating security events in Thales DIS Cloud, collecting and analyzing evidence, and mitigating incidents. You will also support the company's cloud strategy, ensure responses are appropriate, and evangelize cloud security practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Solving security issues by collecting, analyzing evidence, and mitigating incidents.
  • Supporting the company-defined cloud strategy.
  • Ensuring that responses are appropriate (and automated) according to policies and procedures.
  • Evangelizing and advocating cloud security practices.
  • Supporting Cloud Security engineering in the definition and tuning of security-focused tools and services.
  • Making sure about continuous Thales DIS cloud improvements.
  • Identifying, raising, and mitigating security weaknesses on Thales DIS Cloud.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Able to support Stand-By duties.
  • Good knowledge of network analysis, network protocols, and security applications.
  • Able to identify issues and risks, with strong knowledge of current security threats, trends, and mitigation.
  • Proven record of successful security investigations and building solid mitigation and remediation plans while under pressure.
  • Certifications in AWS Certified Architect - Associate or AWS Certified Security - Specialty would be an advantage.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.

Working Conditions:

You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with regular opportunities to contribute to new projects and initiatives. Our office is located in One North, Singapore, and working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm. Bi-monthly stand-by duties may be required.
