This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and possess excellent communication and guest relations skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or tourism-related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome and farewell experience to guests.">
  • Assist guests with luggage at the Arrival Hall or curbside.">
  • Engage with guests to offer support and assistance as needed.">
  • Work effectively in a Command Centre coordinator role to optimize manpower and ensure timely updates to ground AMG Ambassadors and drivers.">
  • Attend daily briefings to share valuable information and updates with team members.">

Education & Certification:

Minimum GCE O/N Level, Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management from a recognized institution is an advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a customer service role, prior experience in a hospitality or tourism-related industry preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in English, impeccably well-groomed, exceptional guest relations and communication skills, high attention to details, ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
