Senior Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end SAP BW solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data modeling, reporting, and integration with SAP HR and other functional modules.

The selected individual will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into optimized data models, queries, and reporting solutions. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining SAP BW data flows, mentoring junior team members, and managing data extraction and integration from SAP ECC and other source systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end SAP BW solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in HR-related BW extractors and support integration with SAP HR and other functional modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into optimized data models, queries, and reporting solutions.
  • Build and maintain SAP BW data flows (DataSources, InfoObjects, DSO, InfoCubes etc.).
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Manage data extraction and integration from SAP ECC and other source systems into SAP BW.
  • Drive performance optimization of data loads, queries, and reporting objects across the BW landscape.
  • Lead SAP BW implementation projects including requirement gathering, blueprinting, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Solid experience in design, development, and delivery of end-to-end SAP BW solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and integration with SAP HR and other functional modules.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of SAP BW, SAP ECC, and related technologies.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
