Senior Draughtsman cum BIM Coordinator, Building Information Modelling Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Draughtsman cum BIM Coordinator to join our team at ENGINEERS ALLIANCE PTE. LTD. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on multi-disciplinary projects and contribute to the development of our building information modelling (BIM) capabilities.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality BIM models, drawings, and documentation while ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with project stakeholders. They will also assist in the development of BIM standards, protocols, and libraries, as well as support collaborations with project architects, engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- BIM Model Development: Create accurate and detailed BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, incorporating relevant structural and architectural elements.
- Documentation and Drawings: Prepare and produce multi-disciplinary BIM documentation, including RFI, sheets, schedules, 3D presentations, reports, drawing lists, tracking lists, chronological order of events, and time sheets.
- BIM Project Setup: Assist in the initial setup of BIM projects, including project templates, Revit family libraries, title blocks, CDEs, and workflows.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth BIM implementation and effective communication.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of an ITE or Diploma in C&S Engineering, with at least 2 years' experience for Junior positions and 5 years' experience for Senior positions.
- Possession of strong knowledge and skills in BIM tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Able to conceptualise and identify necessary details for complete sets of drawings.
- Ability to highlight model/drawing discrepancies, missing information, or potential issues to project managers.
- Experience in preparing and drafting structural plans using AutoCAD and Revit, preferably in a Singapore consultant firm.
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from SGD $60,000 to SGD $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth, collaboration with experienced professionals, and contributions to the development of our BIM capabilities.
