About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise DevOps Architect to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable CI/CD systems, ensuring seamless code deployment, automated testing, and efficient resource allocation.

Job Description:

As an Enterprise DevOps Architect, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our development processes, improving collaboration between teams, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing enterprise-grade CI/CD platforms to support multi-environment deployment, automated rollback, and dynamic scaling
  • Building easily integrable APIs and SDKs for seamless adoption by development teams
  • Developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and ArgoCD
  • Implementing GitOps workflows for environment management and deployment through code
  • Designing and maintaining high-availability operational tools and services to support large-scale R&D and deployment needs
  • Optimizing build and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce resource usage
  • Designing and maintaining service scheduling and deployment solutions based on Kubernetes
  • Developing Kubernetes Operators and custom controllers to automate cluster tasks
  • Providing efficient multi-tenant isolation and access control mechanisms
  • Developing Python-based automation toolchains for monitoring, alerting, and log analysis
  • Building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for automated cloud resource deployment
  • Providing support for the CI/CD platform to development teams and assisting in troubleshooting deployment issues
  • Analyzing and optimizing platform performance to enhance user experience for development teams

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Python for developing high-performance tools and services with experience in microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with API design (e.g., RESTful, gRPC) and the ability to develop high-concurrency, highly reliable server-side applications
  • Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and plugin development
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes core components and scheduling mechanisms
  • Experience in developing Kubernetes Operators or Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs)
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Helm and Kustomize for efficient application deployment and management
  • Knowledge of GitOps workflows and experience with tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD for automated deployments
  • Experience designing and optimizing complex CI/CD pipelines for multi-step and multi-environment processes
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and logging systems such as ELK or Loki
  • Experience developing operational tools using Go or other cloud-native programming languages
  • Familiarity with distributed task systems (e.g., Celery) or message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Proven experience in designing and maintaining large-scale cloud-native platforms or DevOps systems
