Job Title: Laboratory Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine and non-routine laboratory tests on petroleum samples using standardized methods and calibrated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine and non-routine laboratory tests on petroleum samples using standardized methods and calibrated equipment.
  • Maintaining accuracy and reliability of laboratory data and proper documentation.
  • Ensuring all analytical procedures are performed in accordance with ISO17025 and internal quality control protocols.
  • Recording, validating, and reporting test results accurately and promptly.
  • Supporting senior analysts and chemists in maintaining laboratory safety, cleanliness, and compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, Science, or equivalent.

Working Hours:

  • 8.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Required to work on shift patterns – prefer candidates that can work in permanent night shift.
