Food Service Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food Service Associate to join our team. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests receive a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Assist fellow team members in preparation and setup of food service areas.
- Ensure all available amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected prior to service.
- Conduct suggestive selling and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year in a guest service or guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization.
- Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
- Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.
