Chocolate Confectioner

We are looking for an experienced Chocolate Confectioner to join our team at HYDRO POWTECH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

The estimated salary range for this role is SGD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality chocolate confectionery products according to recipes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing chocolate confectionery, ice cream, and beverages in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Assisting in the development of new products and flavors
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Providing excellent customer service when required

Requirements:

• Prior experience in working with chocolate or in a related field
• Pastry school training or equivalent qualification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on a roster basis during retail hours
