Production Technician Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Technician to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for manufacturing and production to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be responsible for performing testing, inspection, and assembly of refrigeration units according to manufacturing instructions and method sheets.
  • Your attention to detail and ability to follow procedures will ensure the required output rates and product quality.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of tools, equipment, fixtures, and gauges assigned to the workstation.
  • In addition, you will support productivity improvements by assisting in the design of jigs, fixtures, and parts trolleys.
  • Furthermore, you will carry out basic troubleshooting or rework on tested/assembled units by identifying and resolving faults.
  • You will inspect the work area and monitor the effectiveness of any corrective actions implemented.
  • Lastly, you will cooperate in accident investigations by providing accurate details of incidents and their causes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Vocational Certificate
  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
