Murata Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Design Solutions Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing design solutions to various departments, including Product Design Department, QA Department, and Sales Department.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide design solutions to various departments, including Product Design Department, QA Department, and Sales Department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute design activities such as New Product Introduction, Line Expansion, Design Changes, etc.
  • Design Review & Standardization for quality improvement including yield & productivity.
  • Collaborate and support QA or Sales for customer requests.
  • Support quality trouble investigations including cell performance risks assessment.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Materials Engineering / Physics / Chemistry.
  • 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, project management skills, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work well as a team player while being independent and proactive.
  • Positive attitude in a challenging work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, JMP, SPC, DOE, Statistics is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English (written & spoken).
