Job Title: Quantum Programme Coordinator

The role of the Quantum Programme Coordinator is to manage and coordinate various administrative tasks related to PhD students in a research centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage PhD student candidature milestones, including quarterly evaluations and progress reports.
  • Handle exam matters and course registration, including creating new courses and exemptions.
  • Assist with PhD Academic Committee applications, contacting applicants and conducting interviews.
  • Process student travel requests, including quotation and booking of air tickets.
  • Provide secretarial support to the PhD Academic Committee.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to PhD students, such as managing alumni networks and organizing events.
Requirements:
  • A minimum degree holder.
  • At least 5 years of related working experience.
  • Preferably experience in handling student programmes.
  • Meticulous, resourceful, and proactive qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with drive and independence.
