Job Description
  • To be involved in the whole lifecycle of the Loan process, from initiation to completion.
  • Perform daily operations on mortgage loan operations and Credit Administration, ensuring completeness of legal and loan documents, and liaising with external parties in relation to mortgage lending.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to improve systems for loan operation and Credit Administration processes, focusing on secured and unsecured lending, and collateral management.
  • Contribute to other operational related Business As Usual (BAU) activities, such as treasury and payments, when required.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage loan operations, with a focus on commercial or corporate lending.
  • Experience with automated online payment services is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with stakeholders in China.
About The Opportunity

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
