Job Summary

Oriental Employment PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong in-bakery product knowledge, assisting walk-in customers, promoting bakery products, and attending to customer orders and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong in-bakery product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Assist walk-in customers in purchasing bakery products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote bakery products and optimize sales opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Attend to customer orders and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the store's cleanliness and image.
Requirements
  • Service-oriented and passionate to go the extra mile for customers.
  • Good discipline and honesty in all aspects of work.
  • Good team player, vigilant, and energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and love to interact with people.
  • Well-groomed and always observe the good image and reputation of the company.
  • Required 5 years sales experience in a similar role.
  • Required to work any shift, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be able to work night shift or split shift, and extra hours or weekends if needed.
Preferred Skills
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of bakery products and their features.
  • Ability to Multitask: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Sales: Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets.
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Housekeeping: Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Customer Support: Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide support to customers.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Inventory: Ability to manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Purchasing: Ability to purchase bakery products and supplies as needed.
  • Customer Care: Strong customer care skills, with the ability to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Written Communication: Ability to write clear and concise reports and correspondence.
  • Bakery: Strong knowledge of bakery products and their features.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Scheduling: Ability to schedule tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Pricing: Ability to set prices for bakery products and supplies.
