Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Paramedic to join our team at Hope First Response PTE. LTD. as an Emergency Medical Specialist. As a key member of our ambulance crew, you will provide pre-hospital care and lead our team to deliver emergency medical response. If you have a strong background in emergency medicine and excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and provide emergency medical care at the scene or during conveyance
  • Lead our ambulance crew in daily duties and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare partners, patients, and the public
  • Prepare reports such as Casualty Logs and conduct vehicle and inventory stocking and maintenance
Requirements
  • Paramedic Level III / Level 3 Paramedicine Certification
  • Higher NITEC in Paramedic & Emergency Care (ITE)
  • UPEC-Accredited Paramedic
  • Diploma with at least 3 years' experience in pre-hospital emergency care OR Diploma in Nursing / Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years' nursing experience
  • Good leadership skills and ability to work independently and with integrity
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Multilingual ability is an added advantage
  • Physically fit with good stamina, and able to commit to irregular shift-work, including weekends and public holidays
