**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the production schedule for fabrication and precision engineering works.

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources, manpower, and machine utilization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Production Scheduling & Planning: Develop, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Resource & Material Coordination: Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials, tools, and consumables.
  • Job Order Management: Update job orders with changes, delays, or revised requirements.
  • Communication & Coordination: Liaise with production, quality control, and procurement departments to synchronize work activities.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track actual production output versus planned schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fabrication and Precision Engineering Knowledge: Strong knowledge of machining, welding, assembly, surface finishing, etc.
  • Scheduling Software Proficiency: Proficient in scheduling software (MS Project).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
