Senior Technical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:
- Technical Coordination - Ensure that all technical matters are coordinated and resolved in a timely manner, working closely with structural coordinators, M&E coordinators, architects, and other consultants.
- To superimpose architectural and structural drawings to produce an Archi & Structural Setting Out Plan as the basis for all other Coordinated Drawings and Shop Drawings, referring to IBC-PMM-C.1.5a (Coordinated Drawings) for details.
- To coordinate with all archi subcons and suppliers on shop drawings, material samples, technical clarifications, etc., and seek approvals from respective consultants/client.
Site Construction:
- Organize and supervise architectural works at site in terms of progress, technical, QA/QC, etc., with assistance from an Architectural Supervisor if any.
- Assist Project Manager to prepare periodic progress reports for onward submission to client and consultants.
- Coordinate with all archi subcons and suppliers for materials ordering/delivery, site construction matters, technical matters, etc.
Cost and Contract:
- Assist Quantity Surveyor to prepare progress claims for onward submission to client and consultants.
- Assist Quantity Surveyor to review and certify subcons' and suppliers' claims in terms of site progress, quality, etc.
- Assist Quantity Surveyor on administration of both main contract and sub-contracts, such as Variation Orders (VO), Extension of Time (EOT).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical coordination, particularly in architectural and engineering projects.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
