About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Learning Operations Manager to join our team at SYNAPXE PTE. LTD.

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of our learning operations strategy, driving business growth and transformation through effective talent management and capability development.

You will be responsible for managing a team of assistant managers and executives, overseeing the learning operations, digitalization, and productivity efforts, as well as ensuring seamless delivery experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust learning delivery structure that enhances employee experience and productivity.
  • Review and update the Learning and Development Policy to ensure alignment with our learning philosophies and operating model.
  • Establish standard operating procedures as knowledge management tools for key learning operations.
  • Monitor and track learning budget utilization, mandatory program completion, and report learning metrics to business units and the organization.
  • Spearhead learning digitalization efforts, including e-learning tool procurement, in-house creation, and design for wider organizational access.
  • Manage SuccessFactors Learning Management System, ensuring smooth program setup, learning roadmaps, and accurate recording of learning history.
  • Establish contractual terms with external learning vendors and manage vendor relationships across the Academy team.
  • Oversee enterprise-level learning subscriptions, such as Udemy and Gartner, to ensure ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage learning facilities within Synapxe and ensure they support program delivery.
  • Drive learning marketing and communication efforts, maintaining updated learning touchpoints.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree with over 15 years of working experience and prior experience in Learning and Development.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience managing a small team independently.
  • A proven track record in managing learning operations, facilitation, program development, and learning solutions deployment.
  • Able to handle intense workloads, set up systems, and project manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and an enterprising mindset to anticipate evolving needs.
  • A positive, growth-oriented, and agile mindset, energetic, collaborative, meticulous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
