Key responsibilities include operating packaging equipment in accordance with established safety protocols and operational procedures.

Inspecting packaging materials and finished products for quality and consistency is also a vital part of the role.

Correct labeling of packaged products is essential, ensuring accurate identification and traceability.

The packaging area must be kept clean, organized, and compliant with relevant standards at all times.

Meeting production schedules and maintaining packaging output levels is crucial to the success of the team.

Batch records, logs, and other necessary documentation must be completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaboration with colleagues and other departments is key to ensuring seamless operations and resolving any issues that may arise.

It is essential to adhere to all safety, hygiene, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications required for this position include:

Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications are necessary for this role.

A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is required.

The ability to operate machinery and follow standard operating procedures is essential.

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards are critical skills for this position.

This is a full-time weekly schedule role, with pay determined by role, level, and location. Additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training are also taken into account during the hiring process.

This role does not require travel, and the shift is day time.
