Job Title: 3D Visual Effects Artist

This role involves creating high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various media projects. As a member of our creative team, you will collaborate with artists, designers, and developers to deliver exceptional results.

Your primary responsibilities will include modeling detailed characters, environments, and props based on concept art and design specifications. You will also be responsible for applying textures, materials, and shaders to achieve the desired look and feel using industry-standard software like Maya, Blender, ZBrush, or 3ds Max.

Rigging and animation are crucial aspects of this role. You will create skeletal structures for models, implement bones and joints for animation preparation, and produce high-quality animations for characters, creatures, objects, and environmental effects.

Collaboration and communication are key in this position. You will work closely with concept artists, designers, and developers to understand project requirements and deliverables. Participation in team meetings, reviews, and brainstorming sessions is expected, along with providing and receiving constructive feedback to enhance work quality.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong artistic sense, attention to detail, understanding of anatomy, form, and motion, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities. A bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Arts, Computer Graphics, or a related field is required, along with proven experience as a 3D Model & Animation Artist and expertise in software like Maya, Blender, ZBrush, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
