Executive Housekeeper Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper Assistant to join our team at HH Properties Pte. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hotel operations, with a strong focus on quality control and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Executive Housekeeper in preparing forecasts, budgets, and capital expenditure plans.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure highest cleanliness standards and quality consistently.
  3. Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards.
  4. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure effective execution of quality control measures.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as Assistant Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor in a deluxe hotel.
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
