Visual Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

As a Visual Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing campaigns and creating engaging visuals across digital and print platforms.

You will assist in brainstorming, planning and executing marketing campaigns, including product launches, festive promos, and events.

Support email marketing efforts and manage and schedule content across social media platforms.

Monitor campaign performance and track basic KPIs, such as engagement, reach, and clicks.

Draft marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Create product concepts aligned with seasonal or campaign themes.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for campaign rollouts.

Work closely with our designer to develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, including social media visuals, website banners, and digital ads.

Support photography and short-form video production for social content.

Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all visual touchpoints.

Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and marketing innovations.

Assist in campaign execution when needed, especially in major events.

Prepare simple reports or presentations for marketing reviews.


Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and basic performance tracking.
  • Basic copywriting skills.
