AI Model Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML model developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering with experience applying these skills to solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for applications such as natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
  • Work with large datasets to train, validate, and test machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
  • Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML techniques and technologies.
  • Build and maintain automated pipelines for data preprocessing, training, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor and improve model performance using tools like MLFlow, TensorBoard, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, SQL.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating ML models into web or mobile applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with LLMs, Transformers, or Generative AI.
  • Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
