The role of the Internal Communications Specialist is crucial in shaping and delivering clear, timely and inspiring communications that help build staff identity and drive employee engagement.
Duties include developing and managing internal communications channels such as the intranet, staff newsletter and internal social networking platforms, and creating content for them by developing story angles, interviewing profiles, writing and storytelling to convey key messages.

Requirements:
- Recognised degree in communications or public relations
- Excellent command of the English language with good writing and storytelling skills
- Good grasp of new communication tools and trends
- Able to structure content and package information to engage audiences
- Possesses an eye for design
- Enthusiastic self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to build positive relationships with multi-level stakeholders
- Meticulous and pays attention to details
