At this organization, we are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of global security services. This key role ensures that these services are effectively provided to end-users and IT teams while aligning with organizational policies and risk appetite.
Responsibilities:- Manage assigned global security services such as endpoint protection, identity access management, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
- Act as the primary point of contact for security service operations and escalations.
- Work closely with IT infrastructure and application teams to ensure seamless integration of security controls and service delivery.
- Engage with end-users to promote adoption, awareness, and effective use of security services.
- Develop and maintain service roadmaps, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting for security services.
- Evaluate compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with security operations, risk, and compliance teams to identify and resolve security issues.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field is required.
- 7+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in a service ownership or service management role.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT and security technologies, including endpoint security, IAM, vulnerability management, SIEM, and cloud security.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Service ownership mindset with accountability for delivery and outcomes.
- Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance security needs with business objectives.
- Analytical approach to decision-making.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying improvements and driving change.
