We are seeking a visionary Product Leader to craft the next generation of AI-native office products. This pioneering role demands expertise in designing human-AI collaboration models and experiences for professional working scenarios.

  • Ambitious Goals: Define an AI Office Product Paradigm that redefines how professionals use tools, organize information, and collaborate with intelligent agents.
  • Key Objectives:
  1. Build a product flywheel that captures, extracts, and utilizes intelligence from real-life interactions.
  2. Plan and integrate Knowledge Base, Workspace, and Agent modules to build the product architecture.
  3. Manage resources effectively, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely product delivery.
  4. Lead global product experience by defining the AI assistant's language style and interaction for multi-language markets.
  5. Drive AI capability productization through partnerships with algorithm teams.
  6. Attract, manage, and develop a high-performing product team, fostering an excellent product culture and decision-making.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 10+ years of product engineering experience, with 3+ years of direct experience in building AI/LLM/Conversational AI Office products.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling products from 0 to 1.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Engineering, UX, and business teams.
  • Deep understanding of AI-native product design, including Gen AI, Agent architecture, knowledge augmentation, and user feedback learning.
  • Ability to define product vision and frameworks, set priorities, and establish development pace.
  • Experience serving professional (To-Pro) users, especially in complex industry scenarios.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese with a global mindset.
  • Passionate belief in AI's future and a drive to shape how AI transforms work.
