Job Opportunity

The position of BIM Modeler/Coordinator is open to highly skilled individuals with expertise in Architectural Revit (BIM) models.

You will be responsible for creating detailed plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models, including sufficient detail and proper annotation for tender and construction purposes.

The selected candidate will establish and uphold BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modeling processes, and drawing formats.

Additionally, you will efficiently manage and coordinate activities across multiple projects simultaneously.

Key qualifications include a recognized Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Structural Engineering/Construction or its equivalent.

Candidates should be proficient in Revit/BIM software for Archi and Structure MEP, and familiar with Singapore Construction Industry regulations.

Previous experience in drawing coordination and BIM management within the industry is also required.

Required skills:

  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structure/MEP, Navisworks Clash Detection, 4D Simulation, and Quantity take-off.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge in Bently Open Building Designer and Dynamo will be an added advantage.
