Hotel Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled hotel operations manager to lead the daily activities of multiple hotels.

This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple hotels within the cluster, ensuring seamless operation across all hotel functions.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, focusing on financial targets and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure cohesive operation, drive results, and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor hotel management teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy, revenue, and business growth.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel operations management, preferably within a cluster or multi-property role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations management, preferably within a cluster or multi-property role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions, manage multiple priorities under pressure, and drive results.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality guest service and driving business success.
