Overview of Job Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our dishroom area, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing machine to wash all crockery and kitchenware.
• Hand-wash dishes and kitchen equipment as needed to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• E nsure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized according to established health and safety protocols.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas, promoting a clean and safe working environment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom area, adhering to set standards and best practices.
• Clean and sanitize designated and common areas, focusing on attention to detail and quality.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed to prevent slipping hazards and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Restock cleaning supplies and promptly notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
