Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of test programs for digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products on Automated Test Equipment (ATE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test programs for digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal products.
  • Work closely with design engineers to debug first silicon, characterize devices, and bring up test programs for production release.
  • Debug digital vectors (JTAG/SCAN/ATPG / Functional / Mbist) and perform device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and Temperature).
  • Characterize Mixed Signal IP (ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.).
  • Involve in test program handoff, production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum one year relevant experience in Test Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Teradyne Ultra Flex or Advantest 93K ATEs is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics is desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment.
