Key Responsibilities of an Architectural Manager

  • ">
  • Lead site coordination for architectural trades, collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site.">
  • Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.">
  • Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of a construction management plan, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors.">
  • Support the Project Manager in all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural, and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs).">
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with architectural specifications and maintain quality aspects of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements.">
  • Develop and coordinate on quality management and CONQUAS assessment.">

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Architectural or related discipline recognized by BOA.">
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in relevant field.">
  • Able to lead sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high-quality standards, and minimal defects.">
