We reach out to caregivers and seniors with information on staying active and ageing well, and connect people to services they need. We support stakeholders in their efforts to raise the quality of care, and also work with health and social care partners to provide services for the ageing population.

Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of community care facilities for seniors as part of our dynamic Site Planning and Management team.

  • Collaborate with Ministries and Agencies for capacity planning and injection to ensure adequacy of community care services in Singapore.
  • Develop comprehensive plans to strategically locate community care facilities across the island, creatively utilising innovative space solutions to address land scarcity, ensuring optimal accessibility and service delivery for our senior population.
  • Develop frameworks to conduct comprehensive assessments to determine suitability of locations for community care facilities.
  • Analyse demographic data and community needs to inform planning and assessment decisions.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to co-design and co-develop functional community care facilities that enhance delivery of care services for the seniors.
  • Write papers, reports, presentations to secure approvals from management and the Ministry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., urban planning, public administration, business administration, facility management).
  • Proven track records in site planning and management, policy operationalisation, and project management, preferably within community care services or the public sector.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in paper writing and making data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to dynamic changes.
