Job Opportunity: Backend Software Engineer

About Our Project

We are seeking an experienced backend software engineer to contribute to our dynamic team. As a key member, you will design and deploy high-performance systems that drive digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust backend services using modern frameworks such as Go, Python, or Java.
  • Design RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and cloud infrastructure teams to deploy services on AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Optimize database performance and ensure system reliability.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow test-driven development practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions focusing on scalability and maintainability.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of software engineering experience in production environments.
  • Proficiency in backend programming languages (Java, Go, or Python).
  • Experience with containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with cloud-native services (AWS Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of API design, microservices, and secure coding practices.

Candidates must have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements. A successful candidate will be experienced in multiple languages and technologies, have a strong understanding of software design patterns, and be able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
